Agricultural Bearings are heavy-duty rolling bearings specifically engineered to withstand the harsh operating conditions encountered in farming and agricultural machinery. These bearings provide reliable performance despite exposure to extreme contamination (dirt, mud, sand, fertilizer, crop residue), moisture, vibration, shock loads, and wide temperature fluctuations.

Characteristics: Extra-thick raceways; triple-lip seals with heavy grease (NLGI #3); cast iron housings optional.
Advantages: 5x life in abrasive dust (soil, sand) vs. standard sealed bearings. Withstands 50g shock loads from rocks or harrowing. Operating temp range -30°C to +90°C.
Technical Ceiling: Seal wear life 3000h under dust load of 100 mg/m³; static load up to 80 kN (size 6208 equivalent); relubrication interval 500h.
Caution: Standard bearings’ rubber seals erode in 200h of tillage work. Do not use standard lithium grease – swaps to agricultural polyurea. Housing fits must be very loose (G7) to accommodate shaft bending.
